MIND BOOM & WALK
On the Beach – in front of the ocean – Let your mind boom to the ocean waves in a 1 to 2-person tent protected from the elements. Enjoy yoga style stretching, Pilates, and deep breathing exercises.
This activity continues with beach walk with purpose- posture & breathing.

We GET Court Time! Start with a pickleball stretch focusing on warming up the essential muscle group for best results will get us going. And then we move into beginners open play or skill drills for experienced players when available.
